After Tuesday's massive disappointment, I needed some redemption so I made another stop in my food truck journey. I didn't have lunch plans thursday, and I saw a line at a new truck... sold! I was a little nervous to try this one, it was an old Chevy pickup with a food prep station welded in to the back, but again- it had a line- so it must be good. I also heard the guy in the red shirt and safari hat (pic below) say that their bbq "is better than the stuff from Texas", so naturally I was intrigued!
I sprung for the pulled pork with all 3 sauces (I couldn't pick just one!) and topped it off with some habanero pepper sauce and cole slaw.

Overall assessment- Top 5 favorite! I will definitely be back. Better than Texas? Meh. And just like the old adage goes- Never judge a book by it's cover or a wine by it's label (that's not old, I just made it up right now), I won't judge the truck by it's set up.
Oh- and my favorite part about the truck is the guy's story. After I got back to the office, I went on their website and read about how they got their start. I'm happy to support them any day! Read about it here.
